Hey there 👋 I'm Luca, part-time golden retriever, part-time sloth 🤷🏼

I started from an international family with a good portion of ADHD, which makes me want to keep exploring new places. I was lucky enough to study in Shanghai, Taibei, and Amsterdam, and work in Beijing and Accra.

I'm also volunteering with international exchange students for over 7 years now – helping them settle in, explore local culture, and feel comfy in their new temporary home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a community person with ADHD. I love making friends, leaving my comfort zone, and give life the chance to surprise me. I can give you 2 examples.

I became friends with my host in Osaka, who 2 years later suddenly moved to my city. Now I see her and her husband every month.
In Accra, I stayed at a friend's, with whom I bumped into his school friend, with whom I then 4 days later joined to a big Ashanti funeral in Kumasi.

Aside, I see every travel as a gift for-self growth. Meeting people from around our globe makes you reflects your upbringing and reality
