About Me

CURRENTLY TRAVELLING IN SICILY ==> NEXT STOP COLOMBIA (Bogotà, Medellín, Cartagena, Santa Marta)

Immature, irrational, immoral man.

I'm one, no one, a hundred thousand.
I'm a musician/poet/medical student/basketball player based in Milan, Italy.
I love trying new things, living new experiences, touching the hearts of people around the globe, spreading love in the Italian Way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There are two types of travellers: those who stay in their comfort zone and book nights in five star hotels and those who are low budget travellers. I am the second type, and I claim that low budget travelling is not just a way of travelling, but a way of sharing love and living the life. Can't wait to spread love with Couchsurfing!

I love to do puzzles.

I have a thousand million favorite movies, but probably my favorite right now is "Il sorpasso", starring Vittorio Gassman.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitchhiked through Italy for 3 months without money and only being hosted by random strangers I met on the street. No buses allowed, no methods of transportation I could pay for, no hotels. I had the time of my life and have created genuine memories with incredible people that will be with me forever.

I travelled through the Netherlands and Finland by bike, free camping in the wilderness. The next year, this summer, I travelled through all Europe by bycicle: I started from Italy and cycled all through the mountains Slovenia and the sandy beaches of the Croatian isles, I then took a ferry from Split to Southern Italy and cycled up the coast through Campania, Liguria, the French Côte d’Azur and all the Costa Brava, ultimately getting to Portugal. From Portugal, I went north, passed back through Baskonia, then Normandy, Belgium and ultimately the Netherlands. From there, I sent my bike home and hitchhiked to Stockholm, where I regretfully ended my journey. Next step, the world.

I organized (together with two strangers) an eye contact experiment on the spot in Budapest, talking random people on the street into it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I play guitar, ukulele and piano and enjoy teaching the basics to friendly strangers who can give me beer or a roof or both. I am fluent in three languages and I like to speak them often. I'm a basketball player and a magic performer. I plan on studying Neurosciences, so I love having conversations about the brain and consciousness. I love cooking, especially traditional italian food, but I enjoy learning new traditional recipes from different parts of the world.

Learn: I'm an avid learner. Anything new is exciting to my eyes, but specifically I'm interested in learning about new languages, biology, politics, music, travelling, movies, philosophy and art. I love having conversations over sociology, politics, neuroscience and the meaning of life, preferrably when I'm not sober.

Share: I have been travelling for years on a low budget but I am new to Couchsurfing. It looks like a really cool way to meet new people and spread love and friendship around the globe. My mission is to make people happier; if I succeed even once, I'll be the happiest person in the world. When I make a dish of Pasta alla Gricia, people usually smile really wide. Also, I've worked as a massaggiatore, so I give awesome massages. Not overstating it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Love, lots of fun, cooking skills, music, guidance through the streets of Milan, awesome nightlife opportunities
