About Me

People say I'm entertaining, funny and smart. I start with this because when I ask others what can be said about me and what they think of me these are the qualities they list.
I'm also odd.
I look the world in different lenses (as artists tend to do). I like observing nature and almost everything I got my interest but to give an example nature is full of wonderful details. You can see both the harmony and greater patterns, and the irregularity. I also like exploring places or just having a nice and relaxing place to enjoy my surroundings, especially if there is water there. I could be captivated even by pound.

With others I tend to be shy at first. I prefer quiet conversations rather then loud parties.
I'm an introvert which doesn't mean I don't like being around people but after a while I will need some time to rest and recharge. Some other traits I can list are:
I value honesty and I'm usually direct but not judgemental with others. I'm highly empathetic and attentive, but if I feel like I need to act it won't necessarily be verbal. I'm open minded and accepting, it more important to my who someone is than where they came from. I can be a bit stubborn and I have a sense of justice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

FOR THE ADVENTURE! (and the treasure we make along the way)

I was fascinated by other cultures since I can remember and as a child I wanted to travel around the world, see the wonderful buildings and explore hidden places. Now there is an additional goal to connect with people I might not have encountered otherwise, to experiment with and learn new skills, and to uncover places I may not have known existed.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really have "favorites". I'm usually looking for new things and what I like at the time always changes.

This section doesn't lists Hobbies or Interests so I will just put it here:
I like tabletop games, a lot. I usually play in the World of Darkness, which is an alternative universe where the monsters we know are real and you play as one of them. Each monster type has a different rule book with (and as far as I know) focuses on different themes, conflicts and mood.
There is something alluring about horror that captivates me especially if it has a deeper level.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tandem parachuting and rafting but I treasure mundane things as well, like:

Defeating that boss I struggled with so much in a video game.
Volunteering as a face painter for kids.
Winning a relay race in High school.
Standing up for myself (and for others).

Teach, Learn, Share

It's hard to tell because I don't feel like I have any extraordinary skill or knowledge I posses.

I like art. I draw and I can share what I know and how I think about it. I'm interested about music and would learn how to play on something or write songs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Basically anything I can do, but to give some example I could think of:

My cooking skills.
Stories, jokes and any kind of conversation. (I'm also a good listener)
Random knowledge (things I didn't know I knew).
Art advice (if it's in my reach also the supply for you) and actual art I made or will make.
Comics and other media recommendation.

And because I like fixing things I would gladly (but carefully) offer my skills with maintenance.
