But this doesn't mean we can't nudge things in a pleasant direction, nothing is ever permanent anyways ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This one time, I focused on being aware of my breath coming in and out of my nostrils for an entire hour!!
This other time, I've cooked a pretty amazing vegan chili ^_^

I can teach some meditation techniques and share moments discussing Life, the Universe, and Everything, or simply time spent silent, making turtles out of pipe cleaners!!
