Hey fellow travellers! I’m Luca a half german half turkish boy who currently studies in the Netherlands. But no matter where I stay for a longer period, sooner or later the travel bug infects me again - my urge to see and experience something new - my desire to be a stranger, surrounded by strangers, or friends I haven’t met yet, becomes bigger. I’m always looking for authentic experience and interesting locals which is why I want use Couchsurfing and Workaway. Since I grew up in the mountainous region of the Bavarian Alps in Germany I’m very passionate for hiking and any other out door activity. Furthermore, my biggest passion at the moment is photography.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The Main reason for me is that this network makes it very easy to find new friends and travel buddies whether it’s locals or fellow explorers with the same mindset as me. Sometimes you need a little help while travelling especially if you’re travelling alone like me.

I’m always happy to teach a little bit german or helping you to improve your english.
I’m trying to learn russian at the moment here in central Asia. Furthermore I always try to collect new cooking recipes around the world.
