Overview
About Me
My name is Luca (yes, a female name in Hungarian) and I am currently in my final year of Law School . I live in the capitol for my studies, but since my family home is in Szeged, I do split my time between the two cities (also the reason why I may not be able to host you).
I have had the privilege of travelling all across Europe thanks to Erasmus+, my sport career and CS. My profile may not reflect this, my amazing CS experiences were mostly through my best friend's CS account ( Anna Kovács), so you can just apply her references of hosts to me :). These short visits in various countries resulted in permanent friendships, so I decided to reactivate my account and revisit my own chances for great adventures.
Apart from legal dilemmas, any good discussion accompanied by a glass of rich red wine gets me excited, wether that be about sheep breeding in the Swiss Alps or the similarities between the generations of post-socialist countries. I like to hear the stories of what other people are passionate about and especially enjoy stories of volunteering. I do like a good party, but the main objective of my travels is to enjoy the natural beauty and get first hand cultural experience from the people of each place I visit.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I got to know the better half of Europe by taking part in various Erasmus+ programs , the other by orienteering. Both activities set me apart from being a regular tourist and I would like to keep it that way. Through CS I can discover what makes the core of a country: the people and their culture. And I can show them mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed the top of Mount Olympus in fog with my brother, without any climbing gear, in pouring rain and thunder. The amazing thing is that I managed to get down safe.
