My answer could be ska music but music depends on my feeling or situation, I have a favourite kind of music for each situation.
I could say the same about movies and books, so I can't say what is the best one, and actually every time I read a new book that I really appreciated or I watch a fantastic film, it becomes the best one of my life for a while.
