I am currently searching for ways how I and other people can unfold. That means get in touch with yourself, with your feelings and needs and learn about yourself. The goal is to find a balance in life =).
I made so many good experiences going in this direction (for example Vipassana Meditation, autogenic training, nonviolent communication, mindfulness (mbsr)). Also my studies in psychology and my friends around me help a lot to progress on my way to myself. Nature is an important part in this process too because it allows me to not think but just be.
