CURRENT MISSION

My all life dream is to travel as much as I can, learn languages and live in different countries to get to know the cultures and people from every places, and when I'll finally meet the one that fit me the most, then here comes my second biggest dream, to open up a music cocktail bar!

ABOUT ME

Ah, is always strange when it comes to talk about yourself, I never know what to say!
I'm Italian, born and raised in Italy but started traveling when I was 20, and I just can't stop. I'm really passionate about cocktails, drinks and everything related to my job, but I also love to cook and to experiment new and different flavours.
I hate small talks, even if in my job these are at days order. I don't care about soccer, how's the weather going, or "what's up", let's talk about life and death, about the universe, about religion and philosophy and literature and art, about the memories of our childhood, about nature, about legends and stories, about our emotions, about our lifes and how they get crossed around the world, about how similar and different we are in every place!

PHILOSOPHY

There's no actual limitations, they're just in our mind. So if you really want something, there's no "impossible", you just have to believe in yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started Couchsurfing when I was living in Bologna, I think it's a great way to know people, and I like to have guests!
As long as I'm steady here in Tenerife, people are welcome in my house. I'd like if you stay more than one night, but if you're in need I'll do my best to help.

Interests

I love music, I play the saxophone, guitar, bass and flute, I'm not an expert musician but I just enjoy playing and studying and try different instruments, the best part comes when a jam session happens!
As I said before, cocktails are my passion, mixing drinks and making flavoured spirits, infused wines and bitters.
Circus and theatre are other two of my biggest interests, I like to juggle, walk on stilts, and balancing, as you have to use both mind and body at the same time, especially acrobalance.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really into 60's music, especially from the Canterbury scene, but I listen to pretty much everything.
About the books, I have my three masters: Poe, Lovecraft and De Quincey. Apart from them, it's the same as the music, with a particular interest to the psychology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Yoda has appeared to me in the clouds, I swear. Twice.

When I arrives in Tenerife, I walked and hitchiked around the island for two weeks, sleeping on the beaches, and it was just amazing.

I cycled from Geneve, Switzerland to Narbonne, France, in 6 days, visiting small and large towns, following the river and crossing the mountains, and thanks to this I got to learn a bit of French just by talking with locals, discovered little treasures and learned how beautiful people can be.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the languages I know, share the food and drinks I make, I love to learn new languages, plates, well everything is interesting!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have quite a big apartment, and as my doors are opens, there's always people coming and going. If there's the possibility, I can offer a private room with one or two beds, if these are nkt avaiable, I have a big, comfy couch in the livingroom. Livingroom and the kitchen are there to be used! There are books, music, painting materials, feel free to do what you feel like, just be respectful :)
