ABOUT ME

Describing myself is not really my thing, I guess, but let's give it a try :
I'm a student and after I will have graduated from university, I wanna go to a foreign country again, travel and explore life. I am dynamic and spontaneous in certain situation, while at the same time being relaxed and laid-back.

I would say that I'm quite multifaceted,but always down-to-earth and relaxed - and I really care about people around me. I am half-Italian, so I grew up speaking 2 languages and got influenced by different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people and interact with new cultures.
Moreover it is a nice way to get in touch with the local culture and get insights into the "real" life. Fancy Hotels and artificial surroundings are not really my thing.. ;-)

Interests

I have a lot of very different interests.
Climbing, skating, bicycling, surfing, hiking...different sports.
i love cooking, and mostly eating and drinking !
Reading. Listening to good music...making music, playing (classical) guitar.
- I try not to focus only on one specific thing, rather than giving everything a chance to give me a positive feeling. :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

Mainly influenced by Reggae (Bob Marley!, Burning Spear, Isreal Vibrations, Black Uhuru, Max Romeo...), but I like all kind of different music, like bossa nova and Samba (Joao Gilberto, Jorge ben Jor, Tom Jobim) classical music (Bach, Debussy..), all kinds of instrumental Music..so yeah, lot of different music :D.

I like Movies, but ones that make me think or kind of "mindfucks" I like David Lynch Movies, Wes Anderson's movies, Inception, Shutter Island.. and many others of which I probably forgot the names...

I preferred reading over movies, but I learned to appreciate movies, too. Jack Kourac's books are great, Paulo Coelho, Kafka and all kinds of German writers from the past...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Surfing together with my dad and all our friends, while the sun was setting and raining at the same time.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Learn to play some guitar songs, learn some languages, learn to climb, surf etc.. all of the stuff I know basically and hopefully my personality :-)
