About Me

ABOUT ME

I mean, do I have to write "all about me" in this little box? No way :P
I'm a half Italian and half Japanese guy who spent his childhood between the two countries. A bit later in my life, I studied economics in Trento (Italy) and Berlin (Germany) and currently, I am studying Innovation Management in Pisa (Italy)...you know, those geek related things like tech companies and so on :D
Generally, I like what's new: new experiences, new people, new places, news, new technologies and I dislike banal things...but I do love ordinary things, simple aspects of life. I also love my origins, my roots, my family.
I am always seeking for something: something more, something in the future, something better; but I am trying to slightly change this aspect valueing what I already have and achieved, enjoying the present and being grateful for everything that I have...let's say I am just looking for my own balance.
To sum up, I think I'm a mix of opposite elements: new and old, east and west, instinct and rationality, tradition and innovation, contemplative life and active life.

PHILOSOPHY

I've always thought that people are nice. I mean, as Herman Hesse said

"..every man is more than just himself; he also represents the unique, the very special and always significant and remarkable point at which the world's phenomena intersect, only once in this way and never again. That is why every man's story is important, eternal, sacred; that is why every man, as long as he lives and fulfills the will of nature, is wondrous, and worthy of consideration..."

What I'm trying to say is that everyone of us is special, so if you meet any person in the world, it will be worth it! (Ok, it's not always like this, but come on, don't let me down being cinical and skeptical)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in Japan (Kyoto and Kōbe).

Living in Berlin, the place to be (well, that's what I thought while I was there, not sure of it anymore..).

Meeting by accident some friends from Verona in a desert beach in Alicante (Spain).

Getting to know by chance two twin sisters in the same week in different cities in Germany (Dresden and Berlin). I didn't know they were sisters and at first I thought they were the same person.

An interrail trip.

Booking last minute (or last second) flights because of love.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach some Italian and Japanese. I could also cook some italians recipies or how to make sushi... I can't say I am a good chef, but I love eating :P
I would love to share personal stories and have interesting conversations about...almost anything :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Croatia, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, San Marino, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom
