Overview
About Me
I'm Italian, that's where I learnt to enjoy life and all of its shapes (wine and food, basically).
I live in Scotland, that's where I'm slowly moving from wine to whiskey. Still enjoying life of course.
I currently work a the University of Glasgow but I use to travel quite a lot in Africa, mostly in Burkina Faso and in Tanzania, doing researcher on mosquitoes and malaria. Before moving to Scotland (about a couple of years ago) I used to work on the Alps, catching birds (not hunting! Just for research!).
What else... well, I love cooking, eating and talking about cooking and eating. Oh and I like to try to play any kind of instrument I find on my way. Sometimes successfully... most of the time not.
Anyway, meet me and I'd be happy to tell you more about all of this stuff, maybe in front of a glass of wine.
I think, to make it short, that life is amazing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't like couchsurfing. I'm in this community only because hosting people is an excuse to clean up my house, at least one or two times at months...

A non newtonian fluid in my kitchen.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the same non newtonian fluid I was talking before. But don't google it now! You would ruin the surprise!
Oh, and I'd be happy to learn everything you want to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Am I too predictable if I say the non newt... ok I'll stop it.
