About Me

I'm a 27-soon-to-be-28 y.o writer that works with all kind of content and for mostly everyone who's willing to let me do my job from wherever I want.

I believe with all my heart that the most meaningful thing that we can do in our whole lives is to make real connections with others - doesn't matter if they're gonna last a couple of minutes, one night or forever.

Nothing makes me more passionate that someone really giving their best to understand, empathize and create a bond with someone else.

Of course that, as a brazilian, I am deeply passionate about soccer and music - after all, no one in the world is as good as us in both of us.

Ok, maybe let's not talk about soccer.

And since I'm talking about Brazil, let's make something clear: I really hate Bolsonaro and I'm sorry in advance for all the mess that's been happening. Good old days when I could just make fun of americans for Trump. What goes around comes back around, huh?

My goal is to learn about other peoples lives, cultures, dreams, hopes and desires - and if all of that happens with some good music and alcohol around us, then there's nothing else I could ask for.

Nowadays I live with one of my best friends, Bruno, and we're trying to figure out how to start hosting people (there's just a problem with automatic doors and gates in our building, but we're gonna figure a way out). We really love having people over for drinks, music, a lot of talk and a lot of laughs (he's actually one of the most funny guys I've ever met).

And I always, always answer anything that's questioned to me. So if you want to know anything else, just give it a try. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, awesome people really brings the best of a trip. I'm not interested in the touristic places (except maybe one thing or two): what really makes me ansious with going out on a trip is to meet new people, and I really do believe there's no better way of doing that other than couchsurfing.

Interests

Music and people are my two favourite things in the world - so I could go all night talking about that. And there's no such thing for me as a particular taste: if I like the tune, then it's good for me and that's enough. Jazz, blues, soul, funk (the brazilian one too!), disco, R&B, hip-hop and some awesome brazilian music genres that I would love to share and talk about. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Really hard to get into that, but I'm just gonna write the things that have been messing with my mind nowadays:

Music --
Sturgill Simpson (amazing country singer), Otis Redding (my favourite soulman), George Harrison (no need for introductions, I guess) and Roberto Carlos (Sinatra for brazilians).

Movies --
The Before Trilogy (Before Sunrise, Sunset and Midnight)

Books --
All that has been written by Valter Hugo Mãe, a Portuguese author.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to interview one of my favourite rap artists from Brazil, called Emicida.

I also made a road-trip throughout the south of U.S.A for 20 days and got to see 32 live concerts, which was really awesome. And I never tooked one english lesson at all (besides the crappy classes in school) and some people say my english is very good, so there's that.

Thanks, all-the-videogame-I-played-when-I-was-a-teenager.

Really didn't figure out the difference between that and the last question. My bad.
