My name is Lucas Beliveau and I am a 23 year old American. I have lived on the East coast of the US my entire life ranging from states north and in the middle.

I have set a goal to make it to the west coast (California) traveling East (around the world) so far my plan is to travel as follows..

France (I made it but had to return to the states), Norway, Russia, China, Japan, Australia/New Zealand, India, Bangkok, Egypt, Cape town, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, California.

I hope to meet as many people as possible and share cultures, experience, and hopefully plenty of food.

I am a cook by trade and would love to meet and enjoy a meal if we are ever in the same location.

For me buying foods at the store that are not native to the area isn't respecting the food as much as we can. By traveling where the food is at its most beautiful form we can truly appreciate it's beauty. I want to see food in its most beautiful state.
