Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to think of myself as a world traveler. Now I'm staying in Campinas, Brasil, travelling while I spend dome time studying abroad.
I'm planning to travel around Minas Gerais to explore the imperial history of early Brazil, and some cities east of here, like Rio de Janeiro and Petrópolis.
Sharing experiences with local people would be a dream, having the opportunity to share our different cultures and live the cities from the inside.
I've couchsurfed a few times before, mainly through the US, and I've hosted a traveler about a year ago back in Argentina, and it's been a really enriching experience!!
