About Me
I'm a curious person and have many interests.
I've learned to live with very different people, and respect these differences. Although I'm committed to telling only the truth, I rather not hurting people, so I use silence as a mean of expression.
I graduated in social sciences and I enjoy it a lot. I work in a foundation that aims protection and promotion of human rights, and I see how difficult it is to guarantee ideas that are not part of a culture based on exploitation, inequalities and violation.
To compensate the amount of work, I need to practice yoga, martial arts and some times running or riding the bicycle.
I really like outdoor activities, but I also know how to be quiet enjoying home.
I don't have television and I rather think for myself instead of repeating common sense. Sometimes I don't have any opinion; usually I don't know what to do about the big political/cultural causes.
I need things to be organized and clean, and I understand both are demanding.
I like pets. No cigarettes. Very little alcohol. Water, tea, juice.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
a good way of meeting new people and get new perspectives of life.
When travelling, I think it is probably the best way to be part of the place one is visiting, since I don't think buying/shopping/purchasing/spending money is knowing something about a place. Well, to contradict myself, I like buying books.
