Overview
About Me
I am an exchange student from Poland 🇵🇱 I came to the US for 10 months school exchange. I love traveling and visiting new places and meeting interesting and inspiring people. 🌏 Actually I’m making my American dream come true! 🇱🇷 Pretty open minded and curious about the world and new experiences. Very interesting in modern world problems, economy, community projects, volunteer work, pop concerts, inspiring people, ted talks and everything that can inspire me and let me be better person 🌚❤️🌞 I hate idleness 💩
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I wanna meet with real people and know their stories, see places that I won’t see in a tourist guide. I am pretty bored about sleeping in hotels alone 🙊
Interests
I can’t define it in one sentence. Basically I am interested in everything what is inspiring. Love economic, philosophy, ethics, astronomy, books, pop music, movies but I’m pretty open minded for everything. All kinds of sports and outdoor activities. Love go to fancy restaurant but also eat pizza at home in pyjama with Netflix 🍕Animals lover 🐶🐰🐼

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite movie: “Beautiful Mind”, I don’t have favorite book cause I have read so many books and can’t decide 😂 Last time I started riding “high positions” like Paul Krugman’s books. I love pop culture and I started learning English by translating American pop songs so I know almost all lyrics of the most popular pop songs ❤️ Fall in love with Rihanna, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Pink, Lady Gaga, The Chainsmokers, Adele, Maroon 5, Justin Bieber,Demi Lovato and many many others 👀
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I come to the USA completely alone and I was barely speaking English and I live with strangers that became my second family 🌟 Still can’t believe how open and friendly people can be 😜My English skills improved from barely introducing myself to being 100% fluent in all topics :) I also have been invited to the Headquarter of United Nations in NY, to take part in the Model United Nations where I have been representing Switzerland :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I worked as a volunteer a couple times. I was reading books in kindergarten, encouraging people to join to non-profit organization DKMS (in Poland) that is fighting with blood cancer and I was helping people that lives in poverty and we made a lot of presents for them before Christmas it was called in Poland Szlachetna Paczka what I can translate as a noble present. I got a few scholarships and once I was student of the year in my school 📚I did also community project for teenagers about earning money on blogging. I took part in so many workshops, lectures about economics, leadership and stuff like that. I was also participated in Oxford’s Debate where me and my team got second place in state. Actually, I just came back from New York where I have been participating in Model United Nations that took place in the headquarter of United Nations in NY, where I was invited and I got a scholarship. 👥I also enjoyed doing speeches at school about being an exchange student. I went to the final round at DECA state competition for an interview.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share with my interests, have deep conversations on all topics, tell you about Polish culture and invite you there (I live very close to Gdansk in north Poland) also I love cooking. It is said that I make the best crepes 🥞
