Hey people! I've being working in restaurants since I was 17 years old, including experiences with french, italian, brazilian and lebanese cuisine. My job routine shows some important aspects about my personality, constantly aiming to discipline, respect, innovation, perfection and especially, trying new experiences.
After a couple years working, I could to realize some travel dreams:

2012 - Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela: In 65 days I've met incredible people on the road, discovering new cultures and knowing more about my beautiful continent.

2013 - Cuba: From Pinar del Rio to Baracoa visiting one of the most wonderful beaches in the Word, Playa Pilar.

2014/15 - Car travel around Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay covering more than 30,000 km with my Nissan March. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNFyZzT4-o0

2016 - Sydney: My new home! =]
