About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To surf the world, meet new people, learn a thing or two, and have fun

ABOUT ME

I am an easy going active person who is also respectful. In short, I am both a good host and surfer. I enjoy staying active outside, thinking critically, doing dumb things that get my adrenaline going, and having fun.

PHILOSOPHY

Live everyday like it's your last.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by hosting random couch surfers when the right circumstances align and by surfing my way from couch to couch when needed.I am open to meeting new people and enjoy hearing about their life experiences as well as learning about their culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couch surfing experiences have been the result of word of mouth from acquaintances, random chance events, and this website. I have surfed on couches in California, Oregon, Baja, and Scotland with friends, acquaintances, friends of friends, and other members on this site. Each experience has been positive and left me yearning for more. Similarly, all of my experiences hosting people have been positive and fun. Through joining Couchsurfing.org I am hoping to meet some new people and continue to have positive couch surfing life experiences.

Interests

My general interests include outdoor activities such as surfing, cycling, hiking, and camping; meeting new people and experiencing different cultures; and throwing back a few good beers at the local pub with good company.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I toured around Baja California and Baja California Sur for a month and a half with one of my good friends. The entire trip was spent without once going to a hotel, using electricity (other than that from batteries for flashlights), or running water. I surfed many great waves, saw many beautiful things, met some great people, ate some excellent food, and of course drank way too much tequila.
