ABOUT ME

I´m a new couchsurfing adventurer who didn´t have the chance yet to host or be hosted, but got in touch with some couchsurfers at a couple of the many CS meetings and got in love with their stories.
Despites the fact that I am new at CS, I already had some international volunteer´s experience before. As an AFS exchange student, I was hosted by an Austrian family free of costs and for a whole year... the results? The chance to feel like a real austrian kid (despites my silly german) instead of a pay-to-live guest. I am really thankful for my host family since due to this volunteer way of thinking , not only have I learned a lot, but also got the will to give it back. And so I did it! One year later, me and my family welcomed two teenagers as part of our family for a period of time.
I also kept in mind that the common events we live are those who really matter and allows you to learn more from someones culture. Like the smalls differences between sense o humor or taste or principles, they always show how big and different this world is!
But anyway, describing myself: I´m a native passanger of Brasilia Plane City (google our architecture and you will get it! It´s pretty odd haha!)
I´m also a former Biology student from the University of Brasília - UnB who is trying to keep on his studies.

PHILOSOPHY

Like a group I really enjoy would sing; "No matter how much you wanna live... you could comeback!" So let´s say that you shouldn´t be afraid to meet new people or have new experiences, you will always be safe by being your own self (woaah.. lets take some interpretation classes, Lucas!) Interessi

I really appreciate hanging out in pubs, chilly places, pubs, parks, parties and more pubs (hahaha! please dont take me as an alcoholic, I aint no heavy drinker, but I cant deny that I love to taste new kinds of beers!)
Despite that, I also love to get some curiosities about where I am or what I´m doing. That´s like the cherry on the top of the cake, which will make a situation feel really special! So please, dont get afraid of being boring by giving me some historical information of a place where I´m visiting, just bring me those cherries!!

Musica, film e libri

My tastes for movies would be quite crazy. I could get really involved at a bad acting scene or even cry at a movie rated for kids. (jeez..)
When talking about music, let´s say I´m really ecletic. I´ve been through many music edges and like to listen a bit of most of them. For example, I frequented contrasting festivals like BBK (Alternative) to Wacken (Metal) or even Defqon 1 (Hardstyle) and had lots of fun in all of them! Not just due to the music, but also thanks to the people who I was within or people I met there!

That´s the part where you give spoilers about your own life, right? Anyway, as something amazing I would consider both my trips to Austria, my Vipassana course and my eurotrip with my lovely girlfriend. (Lets get to the details personally, it would be way funnier to tell about them! :D
