Overview
About Me
I am an outdoorsy and adventurous person. I start the morning with coffee, and end the day with a tasty beer:) In between I try to be the best person I can be!!
I currently work at a UNESCO world heritage site where I get a chance to bring history alive and welcome visitors spring, summer and fall. In the winters I travel and teach in the Arctic.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really love travelling and meeting new people who are open and honest. I have stayed with strangers and been shown great hospitality around the world and in Canada. When I have a chance, I like to return the favour by hosting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in the Arctic for 5 years, teaching high school science. I started a kite skiing youth and recreation program there. I've taught 100's of people to kite while travelling around the region. The most amazing thing is that I have made friends in beautiful little remote towns.
