About Me

Hi! I’m Lucas Lima, living in Goiânia, the capital of Goiás in Brazil. I’m passionate about traveling and immersing myself in new cultures. Whenever I visit a city, I love exploring its churches, admiring the local architecture, and observing the daily lives of its people for a complete cultural experience. I’m naturally curious and hold degrees in Physiotherapy, Physical Education, Physics, and Literature, always seeking to learn something new. I also practice weight training daily and enjoy conversations about travel, art, and different lifestyles. I’m excited to meet amazing people and share great experiences!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe that the true essence of traveling goes beyond just visiting new places. For me, it’s about connecting with people, immersing myself in local cultures, and creating authentic memories. Couchsurfing offers me the chance to stay with local hosts who can share their unique stories, experiences, and perspectives, making each trip a rich and personal experience.

Additionally, I’m excited to offer the same hospitality and share my own experiences and knowledge. I want to provide my hosts with a glimpse into my adventures, share travel tips, training routines, and massage therapy techniques, and learn from them about their own cultures and lifestyles.

I’m here to build new friendships, exchange ideas, and, above all, create genuine connections that make every trip unforgettable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I worked as a volunteer physiotherapist, helping numerous patients in their recovery. Knowing that I was able to contribute to saving lives during such a critical time fills me with pride and gratitude.
