ABOUT ME

ALLLL about me... well not enough time or space here for ALL about me but here it is in short. I looooove great food/drink, conversations, travels, working hard and playing hard, cooking and caring for others, and the outdoors! I raft, kayak, mountain bike, trail run, backpack, skydive, ski, snowboard and just all around adventure. Helping myself and others be healthy, happy and have fun are my driving force. I am working towards a dual degree (eventually) in Health Psychology and Nutrition and Exercise Science. I hope to be a coach and counselor for individuals to help them achieve, health, happiness and balance.

PHILOSOPHY

I truely believe people are wonderful and good at heart. I know that each person is always doing the best they can with what they got and where they are in each moment. Everyone deserves love, respect, compassion, patience and understanding and I do my best to reach out and provide this to those I meet.

Bodys are meant to move, hearts are meant to be free and full of joy, minds find your way to clear and calm, actions fall like leaves with purpose and poise, words tumble softly and when they come to rest may they ring with truth, lives be lived each moment as if opening the greatest gift imaginable!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to spread the couch surfing love how ever I can. I find a lot of people don't understand or trust couch surfers so I do my best to promote it for what it really is.... A wonderful community coming together to share, learn, grow, travel, experience, expand, reach out and create an international familly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I looove hosting. I couch surfed in Italy, Greece and Turkey and as far as Im concerned there is no other way to travel. I will always host when I can and surf as much as possible. My favorite surfing experience so far was a flat in Istanbul with 6-10 surfers at one time all hanging out, talking, sharing, eating and exploring. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Everyday Im amazed by something and see beautiful things and people. Seen...Waterfalls in Hawiai, rainstorms in deserts, the kindness and compassion of strangers, flowers on summits, eyes that shine, and so so much more. Done... proud of a 50k trail race, started my own company, and made a positive difference in many kids lives.
ISTANBUL! That city is one of the most beautiful and amazing places I've seen. Delphi and Meteora in Greece were also recent amazing places.
