About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To improve myself in any way I can.
ABOUT ME
I currently teach English in Japan. I'm really loving my job and life here in Japan. I think no matter where I go, I can always find ways to enjoy life.
I really enjoy meeting new people and making friends, especially in groups, new places, and spontaneous events. I love talking with many people.
I have too many hobbies and interests, which leaves me not giving much time to a single one, but my interests in many things can't be stopped. So I'll continue trying to do as much as I can as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I haven't yet gone couchsurfing, even though I've been a member for a long time. But, when I travel, I always keep it an option. I would like to host, but the person I'm living with isn't interested in doing that... but I'm hoping one day she'll be open to it, and I also hope to get out there and travel around with couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite Music: If I had to say one band, it would have to be the Beatles, all around. But I have such a large range of music that I listen to, from rock to hip hop to jazz to classical, to anything that I'm in the mood for.
Favorite Book: Haroun and the Sea of Stories by Salman Rushdie
Favorite Movie: Snatch
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The RW24. http://www.riverwest24.com/ It's a 24-hour bike race (hence the name 24, and the RW stands for "Riverwest", the part of Milwaukee the race is in). Riders choose their own path in an urban setting (traffic is not stopped) but they have go to four checkpoints in the correct order, and completing all four is a "lap". Riders with the most laps at the end of the 24-hour period wins. I tied for 10th place among three others.
Teach, Learn, Share
We all can learn from each other's perspectives and experiences. Taking the time to listen can be one of our greatest teachers.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'll share my time, friendship, and help around the house while I stay on their couch (if needed). I'd also of course love to share music that I like!
