Hi everybody!
i'm Lucia, i'm from italy with albanian origins (and so proud of it!).
I've always loved the idea of travelling even if i was born in a family that doesn't like going around and visiting places.
I started to work as a waitress when i was 16 so i could pay the trips that i was planning to do: so i visited Spain and France.
I finished high school in the 2017 and on august i started my year as an aupair in the US (it was such a good year for me, even if there were of course some tough moments,it was worth it! And i miss the family and my friends back there so much!), being an aupair helped me to be more independent and responsible (i was working with kids and studying languages) and gave me the opportunity to travel more!
this year i started the law university but i'm still so in love with languages so when i have free time (actually i always make time for that) i read books and watch series in the original language.
i'm an active person, i enjoy all kinds of sports (only exception: basketball, i don't why but i really don't like it ahha) and i was a volleyball player for years (love it!), the last year i tried climbing walls and i found it so motivational and satisfying.
i like to hike a lot but also to do indoor activities such as playing board games (i'm the queen of monopoly, don't try to beat me)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i subscrided cause i really want to meet new people and travel and also cause financially i'm not Bill Gates unfortunately, so that can be an easier way for me to go around and discover new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

my musical taste is very complicated cause i like big artist like The Beatles (my favourite one is ' i wanna hold your hand' ), Bob Dylan (my fav= don't think twice, it's all right) and Cat Stevens but also other style: i love Jovanotti (an italian singer), Noizy (albanian one) Maluma (spanish one) and Cecile corbels (french one).

my fav movies are : the imitation game, titanic and shutter island. My fav serie on netflix: the100.

fav books: Contro l'etice della verità (Zagrebelsky), l'etranger (Camus) and chagrin d'ecole (Pennac)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walking on an abonded bridge in the US. it's called Vance Creek Bridge, it was sooo scary but also so amazing and worth it! I felt very excited after that, it was such a good experience for me! Unforgettable (i think it was illegal though ahah)
