Hello my name is Lucy, I'm 18 years old and I graduated high school in June.

During the summer I worked as a lifeguard at an outdoor swimming pool and at a Café to earn some money for my upcoming trip to Mexico and Central America. (Currently I'm in Mexico)
Countries I'm going to visit are: Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Nicaragua and maybe Costa Rica. In Mexico I'll attend a language course to learn spanish.
After this trip I'd like to study international relations in 2018.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My best friend's brother told me that staying at a local is the best way to discover a place and I've heard amazing stories about being a Couchsurfer!

Why I can't host someone at the moment:
I can't offer my coach right now because I'm still living at my parents house and they don't want other people to stay over, plus my trip to Mexico starts in a couple of weeks and then I'll be abroad for half a year.
BUT I'll host other Couchsurfer when I start to study!

Interests

Like nearly every Couchsurfer I love to meet new people, to get to know them and to become friends with them. I'm also interested in different cultures and other lifestyles.

Another thing about me is that I would like to be able to speak a lot of languages.. I only learned english and french in school but I would love to speak italian.
