Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like getting to know people from places different than my own, learn about their lives and exchange points of view on any subject that may come up. Right now I would also love to exchange travel stories since I'm about to embark on an 11-week-long tour of the UK (plus Dublin and Paris).

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Except for horror films, and somewhat action films (depends on the film), I'm pretty much into anything from Hollywood blockbusters to European cinema to Classics
Music: Same, I like a lot of things, and I mean A LOT (pop, rock, folklore, punk, classical, blues, jazz, tango, whatever, and in whatever language as well), though because of my studies I'm usually listening to musicals...
Books: All the books I've read are somewhat different, though I'm not sure if I am as open minded with books as I am with music or films. Some of my favourites: Kazuo Ishiguro, Anthony Bourdain, Hunter S. Thompson, J. R. R. Tolkien, Paul Auster, Amélie Nothomb, Irène Némirovsky...
