ABOUT ME

Everyday I meet a different part of me and this is the way I use to create myself.
I could know many different parts of me around the world and it was such a fantastic experience I can't totally explain. When I was in Africa I learnt about rythm, in middle east about traditions. Asia showed me how colourfull this earth is. Each face, each smile is a mirror that can show me who I am!

PHILOSOPHY

If I am happy, when happiness and love overflow our hearts it is impossible to keep them within.... so I can help others to be happy too! Because of the reciprocity, "One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself".

In a trip in 2010, I met a very nice guy in Mozambique who told me about this fantastic project!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It was so funny! This guy I've met in Mozambique got marriage with a girl from denmark I suggested to stay in his place… world is a surprising box!

兴趣

I started practicing Aikido when I was 13. In that time, discipline, few words in a different language made me soon be very opened and interested on learning more about other cultures and viewpoints.

And since I can remember, traveling has always been the first choice of spending time and money, so... it opened my mind and eyes up to what other people like to do, eat, live...

Well, besides traveling "outside", that is really great, in Vipassana Meditation I discovered the beauty of a journey within.

After that it comes some other interests that helped me in Self knowledge: kundalini Yoga, Osho, Tantra, Ayurveda, Vegetarianism, Sustainable living
