Hello! I'm Luciana.
The last few years I have had a very intense job schedule and I have worked very hard so I can permit myself to take a leave of absence from work for the next two months. I am happily married and have 2 wonderful daughters who both are attending the University, so they at the moment are away from home. I will be traveling alone . I am a middle aged woman and when I was in my early twenties I moved to London to study English , however because of lack of time and finances I never had the opportunity to travel through out England, something I had always wanted to do so I am now planning to spend the next two months to travel all of England and Wales.
I am a people person always interested in meeting new people , new adventures
and discovering new places.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

My goal for the next two months is to travel the different regions of England and Wales , to experience and to get to know the different traditions and life styles. That is the reason why I decided to become a member of couchsurfing. I am completely convinced that the best way to know a population , a culture with all their heritage is to place yourself in their everyday home life and couch surfing gives me this opportunity for every place I visit.
Although I’m not so young, I’m looking forward to experience a backpacker’s trip , on my own and it is the only way to meet people on the road.

I would love to share my Italian culture with others so I am very happy to open my home to others when Imreturn home. I live in central Italy in the town of Perugia, a beautifull old city, between Florence and Rome.
