Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've only had lovely experiences with everyone I've met in this community. My most memorable travel moments are always centered around meeting people and Couchsurfing has been a great way to do that.

Interests

I love a long walk, especially through a city or town. I love a long talk and an engaging novel. I like to learn languages that don't use the Roman alphabet. I tend to have rotating interests/obsessions-- a while back I spent months watching poker shows and reading poker books. I love to eat all of the things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traversed a glacier in Iceland.

I got shaken down/robbed by some cops/dudes impersonating cops in Vienna, but I 'spose that's something I've experienced, not "done."
