Hey,

I am 20 years old and at the moment I am in Virginia, USA to work as an AuPair there. I came to the United states 8 months ago.
I like to go skiing, kitesurfing, playing handball and doing any outdoor activities and hanging out with friends.
In Germany we used to go out on the weekend, and I like to have my friends around me with music and beer :D :D
Before I came to the United States I made an apprenticeship as a kindergarden teacher. My first year of the apprenticeship I graduated in a private kindergarden and my second year I worked in a house with handicapped children and youth which was a really good experience.
I have three brothers. Two are older than me and one is younger. We are two years apart of each other.
We have a dog and he is 5 years old now and really cute.
My parents have a caravan, so we used to go campen every 'Pfingst' -holidays and summer holidays. In the Pfingsholidays we used to go to the south of Italy with lots of friends from our hometown and in the summer holidays we used to go to Greece to go kitesurfing over there which is really great because of the wind.
The fact is, my family and I are a camper family who enjoy doing sport all the time and traveling around the world is the dream of everyone in my family. My brother was in Aspen, Colorado for one year, another brother was in New Zealand, Thailand and Vietnam for one year and I am in Virginia for one year and after that I want to travel along the West coast and see the main cities approximately Las Vegas, LA, San fransisco and San Diego and additionally we want to visit a few Nationalparks too :) ( I am soo happy that my dream finally comes true.)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I am an Au Pair and I don't earn that much money. And my friend and me we want to meet other nice people around the world.
I have heard from my brother that he made a really good experience with couch surfing in New Zealand and then I was like, okey I really want to try it too :)
Another reason is, it's FREE and I don't need a luxurious house which is really expensive. I happy when I have a place where I can stay for free.

My favorite Music is Reggae. But I like the bands 'Nickelback' 'Bon Jovi' 'Phoenix' 'Electric Guest' 'ACDC'.
My favorite movie is 'The Hobbit'. I also like to watch 'The lord of the rings', 'Iron Man' 'Avengers' 'Guardians of the Galaxy' and a lot more :)
I am not really a big reader but my favorite German book was 'Mieses Karma'.

The most amazing thing I've Done was kitesurfing in Brazil. It's really amaaaazing there, everybody who likes to surf 'GO TO BRAZIL'.

In Germany I am working as a ski instructor, so I could teach someone skiing.
I really want to learn to speak Spanish and surfing like on the board.
What do I want to share?
Mhm... I am really happy that I got to travel to Aspen, Colorado and the fact that I got the opportunity to be in the United States, which was always my dream and in the Summer I finally can travel in California and over there.
