Bonjour à tous !
Je m'appelle Lucie, j'ai 23 ans, et il y a deux ans de cela, après être revenue de mon année Erasmus en Angleterre, j'ai décidé de travailler pour partir en tour du monde !
Ce tour du monde a démarré le 15 octobre 2019, avec une première étape en Russie !
Le but de mon voyage est de découvrir une autre culture, mais aussi de partager la mienne, d'où l'intérêt d'être inscrite sur ce site. Je débute dans le domaine du couchsurfing, donc je me doute bien que je vais avoir pas mal de refus au départ, mais c'est le jeu.
Si jamais vous acceptez de m'accueillir, déjà merci haha, et sachez que je suis quelqu'un de polie, respectueuse, je me ferai discrète. Mon but principal est de visiter les villes, et si vous souhaitez venir avec moi alors j'en serai ravie !
Je peux éventuellement vous cuisiner quelque chose le soir, bien que la cuisine ne soit pas mon point fort. Et surtout si vous avez des conseils ou des ancedotes sur la ville où vous résidez je suis preneuse !

Hello everyone!
My name is Lucie, I'm 23, and two years ago, after my year abroad in England, I decided to work in order to go around the world!
This tour started on October 15th 2019, with a first step in Russia!
The aim of this travel is to discover other cultures, but also to share mine, hence why I am on Couchsurfing!
I am new to this website, so I know that I will get a lot of negative responses, but that's life.
If you accept to welcome me in your house, know that I am a very polite and respectful person, I'll make myself as discreet as possible. I will not come back to your house at 3am and completely wasted.
My main goal is to visit cities, so you are welcome to come with me if you are free!
I can eventually cook you something for dinner if I am there before you, even though my cooking skills are not the best. (Sorry)
What I can do for sure though, is teach you English or French! I am fluent in both those languages!
If you know some Spanish, then we're both going to learn because I am learning that language!

If you have any advices, small stories, whatever, I'll be happy to hear them!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I want to meet people in the countries I go to. It's always more fun!

Interests

I played rugby for 4 years, but unfortunately I had to stop because of my work schedule. I miss it a lot though. I also played football, basketball, handball, and volleyball. Yes, I do love sports!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the singer Tove Lo. I listen to a lot of different genre of music. French rap, U2, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mura Masa, Flume, French variety and so on...

I'm not a very big fan of reading, but I do read sometimes. My favorite book is called Ravage from French author René Barjavel. It is a science fiction books that deals with a kind of apocalypse. All the electric objects cease to function (lights, transportation, television, everything). I also like classical theater (Médée, Phèdre, Andromaque), and some English books (Pride and Prejudice, 1984, The Animal Farm, Frankenstein, The Great Gatsby)
As of movies, I am more a fan of TV series like Lost (the very best in my eyes), Fringe, Vikings, and some Netflix shows like The Good Place, Stranger Things, Sense8.

Video games are a big part of my life. I used to play a lot. My favorite video game is Mass Effect. I loved it from beginning to end. The video game Metro is also amazing. Far Cry. Assassin's Creed is one of my favorite too. Dragon Age, Grand Theft Auto, Call of Duty until MW3.
