Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I have not done couchsurfing myself, my housemate hosted several people in a house ("kollektiv") where I lived and I always enjoyed hanging out with these people and taking them on hikes. I have plenty of unforgettable memories from those times. I travel a lot for my work (conferences, field trips), and would love to meet up with the locals.
