My name is Lucie, I am 25 years old and currently I work in marketing in one small IT company in České Budějovice, Czech Republic. At the same time, I'm still working on completing my Master's degree in Management of Commerce. I would say about myself that I'm very positive and smiling person with a sense of humor. I like to try new things and get out of my comfort zone. On the other hand, in a larger group of people I may be a little introvert.
I am vegetarian and non smoker. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing seems to me to be an amazing opportunity to share cultures - in general - in terms of habits, experiences, opinions .... :)
I would like to meet people with similar interests who would like to exchange experiences, share their culture, talk, take a trip, try out some good food, etc.

Interests

- My great passion is flying. I love aircrafts not only as a means to travel, but in general as an amazing machines. I love viewing the world from above.
- I like going to the gym - weightlifting, squats, deadlifts - that's my cup of tea.
- I'm crazy about traveling. Last years I really enjoy solo traveling - because of the experience and freedom it gives me.
- I like to learn new languages, but most of all, since my first visit to Spain at my age of 6, I love Spanish.
- I am very interested in the issue of sustainability.
- I also love animals. At home I have a 6 year old Tibetan spaniel. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- This year I went alone for three weeks to Southeast Asia, where I was a volunteer.
- I'm currently trying to get a pilot license for a glider
- I have seen the leopard from a 100 m distance in the wild
- I did Erasmus in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain
- I have visited more than 30 countries
- In last 5 years I traveled by plane 106,733 km (63 flights)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my experience from my trips. I can tell you some basic and interesting facts about my country - Czech Republic. Also I can teach you some useful words and phrases in Czech or I can cook some typical Czech food.
I can also share my positivity if you have a bad day. :))))))
