About Me
I'm a graduate student studying political theory. I'm reconnecting with my cello. I like to skateboard (badly).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Ive met lots of amazing people through couch surfing hosting bit in Chicago and staying on a couple couches. Hosting has helped me see my home town through fresh eyes.
Connecting with people and learning about their homes is what I like best about travelling. I would like to stay with people who can show me their life a little bit, and who want to go out and have fun!
Interests
Meeting people, learning new languages, shifting my perspective, politics, philosophy, teaching kids, dancing, riding bikes, working on bikes, skateboarding, the beach, the nature.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Neil Young, Frank Ocean, Kendrick Lamar, and the Smiths.
I like psychological thrillers, especially Michael Heneke films.
I'm always reading. (It's my currently my job to read.) I read a lot of political philosophy and history. I also love Coetzee and Delilo. Best book I have read in a long time: A Fine Balance by Rohan Mistry.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always wanting to improve my Spanish and French. I can exchange you English!
I can cook for you (it's vegetarian and delicious).
I can join in your jam sesh.
I can talk and listen about philosophy, politics, literature, music.
I can fix your bike if it's broken (hopefully).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a good listener, polite and clean, very fun, ready for anything.
