Currently trying to move forward with my PhD research. It's getting hard to concentrate in this lovely sunny weather. Want to go outside and play in the sun. YEAY!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've always liked the idea of meeting new people while travelling, but now I see that it can also be exciting to meet people while they're on the road. And help out by offering accomodation. It's a win-win situation, isn't it?

兴趣

Like outdoors activities, preferably including friends. Am getting back into cycling after a long, cold and wet winter. Happy to be living in Bristol, where so many cool & fun things are happening in the summertime!

I don't have absolute favourites amongst movies and music, but it largely depends on the murrent mood. I do prefer independent & international cinema to blockbusters. Musicwise, anything is good but death metal and hardcore techno.

I've gone abroad completely on my own to start a PhD and didn't expect that new life, new city would also bring sooooo many new friends and lovely people along the way.

I've been a scout for a big part of my life and I've accumulate a vast amount of knowledge, that I still surprisingly use in the most unusual circumstances. It's anything from knots, building shelters, making fires or repairing things. Also like to repair my bike, which sometimes annoy the men around me. Hihihi...
