About Me
Hi there,
My name is Lucile, I'm from France, and grew up in Paris, enven though I swear I learned how NOT to be self-centered, snobbish and arrogant! It might seems weird but you can not imagine how many "burn in hell" looks I had when I said I was coming from Paris.
I'm currently in a gap year during my 2 years of Masters. Right now I am living in Brussels for a 3 months internship at a think tank on european environmental policies. Just before that I lived in Ho Chi Minh City for 5 months that I deeply enjoyed while working for a social business start-up. And even before that, when I started my gap year, I worked on the sanitation and waste management problem (basically poop and crap) in India, where I've been for 3 very interesting weeks. So this year I was lucky to visit Tamil Nadu (South of India), Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, so I think I have some funny stories.
Now that I'm in Belgium I'd like to visit a bit what's around, since I've curiously never been to Denmark or Netherlands!
Interests
Hard to sum up.
I'm really interested in a lot of things, AI, neuroscience, medicine, innovation in general, climate change, economics, philosophy, history... That might be annoying but I think 50% of my sentences start with "I saw a Tedtalk on that and they said..." But you can just tell me to shut up I won't be offended.

Music, Movies, and Books
I really listen to many different kind of music, as long as it is good: jazz, rythm'n'blues, blues, rock (up to the 70's), funk, rap, electronic music, Beyoncé... The only kind I still can't bear is metal (I have tried, it is just not working)
For movies, I confess I had a snobbish period when I watched a lot of old movies and "film d'auteur". Now I am way more eclectic and I have to say that recently I've been watching a lot of "weed" movies, James Franco's Pineapple Express being on top.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trying to understand a Vietnamese talking in English (no offense, I love them, but their English is really... interesting)
