Hi!
I am Lucile, I travelled mainly in Europe, most of the time with slow transport. I like to enjoy time. I am a calm person with interest in healthy lifestyle. I love spend time in nature, hiking and also just contemplate flowers, animals and landscape. This year I really spend time to do yoga and try several meditation. The last, and one of my best is Sahaja yoga. Which I try to combine with raw food most of the time. I like also running, visit museum, painting, writing, dancing, reading and doing bicycle. I have intesrest in ecology, botanic, alternative lifestyle, spirituality, non-violent communication and more..
Even if I am a calm person, speaking and sharing with people is nourishing myself. I enjoy it, that why I am in couchsurfing :)
