Hi my name is Lucinda or more commonly known as Lucy. I’m 21 years old from Australia. I’m from a small country town and lived on a large farm with my family where follow organic principals. I consider myself to be down to earth, positive energy is my vibe, am always eager to learn new things, am willing to give anything a go and am always down to have a heart to heart chat about anything and everything. This is my first time travelling in the UK and Europe and also using the Couchsurfing networking system. My travels are very unplanned and I’m allowing the universe to take control and guide me in the experience, wherever they may lead. I’m an open book so you can ask me anything about my life, my future aspirations (if even known) and allow conversations to flow naturally. I’m excited for everything that lays ahead and I am thrilled to meet like minded people and share a deeper connection rather than being a typical tourist floating from one major attraction to another. I would love to be able to stay at your place and one day repay the favour when I am back in Australia or wherever I end up.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To truly be immersed into the culture of a new country and repay the favour. I find when you live with the locals and not just stay as typical tourist in the fancy hotels you get a true grasp on what the particular city or country feels like.
You meet the most amazing, generous, open minded people who have the ability to show you a new way of life and thinking.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything that inspires, enlightens and expands the mind is my kind of reading material. Old classics and chilled music. For movies I don’t mind the typical chick flick or any David Attenborough documentaries are the best things on this earth.

What I Can Share with Hosts

The knowledge I’ve gained and in-depth conversation about anything. I have and open mind and love to listen to the adventure, life lessons of others; this really inspirers me. I hope to do the same one day. Also willing to help out around the house if desired.
