ABOUT ME

I enjoy to dance the most of all. Sometimes I say "That sounds lovely"...to a picture or to an imagination..as it would be all just vibration :)
I love singing (not enjoying it so much on public yet :)). I love simplicity and spontaneity. I love freedom. I meditate. Went through many different ways and technique - found out that whatś important is my own expression ;) My mission is to work with embodiment and spread out in the word the importance of embodiment, our own experience and expression.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting people in Prague a bit, being hosted in Madrid, Lisbon and Pisa so far, hosting people in Pisa a lot :)

I enjoyed to meet such a wonderfull people that happen to me to meet through CS. Very valuable and nice experiences!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - a lot!
My favourit singers: Tracy Chapman, India Arie, Imany, Grace, Jason Mraz, Bob Marley, project Playing for Change..
I love a lot music based on voice - emotions, calmness, joy and deep sadness that brings actually happines in the bottom of itself - that is so in African music.
I love music that makes me move - all different south traditional music - Africa, Middle and South America, Spanish, etc.
Reggae, soul, salsa, New age, Meditation music, chillout etc.

Movies:
I found out about myself that I forgot movies a lot, I see them and lately I forgot names and stories too. There is a film without story and words - it´s beautiful! (Not only because I don´t have to remember :) "Ashes and Snow" - I reccomend it. "Beautifull green" :) - A French film about our society - great fun of actually real things.

Books:
A bit shame - I don´t read a lot books with stories... I enjoyed aq lot for example Celestine Prophecy. On holiday I´ve read Life of Pi....not it isn´t mistake I didn´t meant Life of Pu - as you probably expected. :)
Another book I am coming back to regulary is "Fengshuei for the body."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

..hmm ..Nothing externally extra comes to my mind :)...Lot experiences that I found amazing are connected with dance. Dancing myself or watching a performance - I enter in the state that is just amazing. :) Once I was dancing on the boat that flow on the river in Prague ... and it was just so nice, so different from dancing on the soil, so cool and free.

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn - a lot of things I wanna learn. Those practical: for exmple: I would love to improve my cooking skill, my swimming skills, my salsa dancing skills...
More wider - enjoy life, live more with love and faith, facing fears in practical way.
Teach - the languages I speak (czech, english, italian). I can teach you to dance wilde. I can teach you how to get better connection with your own body. I don´t know what everything I can teach you...I have learn from CSś a lot of - but usually just because of their personality, it wasn´t realy about learning a specific skills.
I can share laught, joy, food, travel, roof, dance :)........
