About Me

Having worked in Tourism for almost 20 years, I'm convinced that the best travelling experiences are the ones which leave a mark in your hearts. These marks are deeper when you meet locals.
I'M happily married with Rocío, from Argentina too. We have a little handsome boy called Pedro, who takes on the best of us both.
We love sharing every moment. We love breakfast time together, we enjoy going away at weekends and exploring new places.
We are very sociable and easy going. And we are very optimistic, joyfull people. We love life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are on CS because we love the idea of learning new things. Learning about others ways of life, customs, opinions about the world, and favourite food! Just to mention some....
We usually host many friends and relatives coming from Argentina. So, why not host friends coming from the world?
In some months we are about to embark on the project of our lives: travelling around the world! And we thought that apart from saving a lot of money, the trip will be much more enlightening if we get to meet locals.

Interests

I love reading Political, Historical, and black novels. I'M deeply interested in knowing the reality of the places I visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is 80s, mainly romantic songs. I'm a very romantic person. I believe love is what keeps the world moving around.
One of my favourite movies is Gladiator. I love the music and the topic.
As regards books, I loved the Stieg Larsson's trilogy. I liked "The Sea Cathedral" by Idelfonso Falcones. A book which describes Medieval Barcelona with such mastery that you feel you are living it. It moves you to tears.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done many things, moved countries, lived away from my family, started from cero in my company until I had anything I wanted, travelled to many places, etc. But today, I think the most amazing thing is having changed my mind and realizing the best things you can have are not things.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anything and everything. I can share my knowledge of the places I have visited as well as Barcelona, where I live now. I can share contacts with people from Argentina and other countries in South America.
