Hi! My name is Erin, but everyone calls me Luck! I'm brand new to couchsurfing but I love the concept!
I am very passionate about travel and culture exchange, and I have a deep passion for Spanish.

My hobbies include writing, jewelry making, language learning, tattooing/piercing and just general crafting/creating.
I love getting to know new people, especially to practice my Spanish with. I LOVE the outdoors and just enjoying the company/stories of other people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently looking to take my first trip out of my country to visit South America and practice my Spanish in person while making new friends and learning of a new culture.
I would like to meet people who have the same interests as me or would just like to make a new friend and/or do a language exchange.
I'd like to make lots of friends whom I can possibly come back to visit or visit me one day, and I'm also very interested in getting some new pen-pals to write to!

My favorite music varies: my favorite artist is Paul Simon, my favorite genre is hip-hop, my favorite rapper is Scarface.
In terms of Spanish music: I love Homer El Mero Mero, Ayax Y Prok, Fernando Costa, Canserbero, Foyone, L-Gante, Calle 13 and pretty much every Chilean rapper lol.

Some of my favorite movies are: Reservoir Dogs, The Boondock Saints, The Hateful 8, Tombstone, Trainspotting.

A few of my favorite books are: Into the Wild, A Man's Search for Meaning, The Alchemist, Dharma Bums.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach: English, jewelry making (beaded and wired jewelry), crochet, and the very basics of piercing/tattooing.

I would like to learn: Spanish, how to cook some authentic south american foods, how to sew, and pretty much any other skill someone has the knowledge and time to teach me!

I would like to share my love of language exchange, to share convos on life, to share memories hanging out and having fun!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my knowledge of English, jewelry making/crafting and tattooing. I can share how things are where I come from, a pen-pal who will write you no matter where I am afterwards, and I hope to share a genuine friendship that lasts long after the trip is over!
