About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Go on a European adventure.

ABOUT ME

I returned to California in December of 2014 and am now living and working in Simi Valley, California (Ventura county). Before this I had been living in Bogota, Colombia for 5 years. I moved to Bogota for a change of pace, and to find interesting opportunities. I guess I succeeded in this since I am now married, have a beautiful son, and my wife and I have run our own business in Bogota for over 4 years.

I love meeting new people. I'm really just a simple person who likes to enjoy the sunshine, BBQ, eating, drinking & being merry, entertaining & being entertained, read, hiking, eating breakfast, people watching, go camping, cooking, be a smart ass, and going on quick weekend getaways. Non-smoker. Animals are yummy. Outside is better than inside. The glass is 1/2 full.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While living in Bogota I had the pleasure of hosting the largest English Conversation Club in the city, being the moderator for the language group, and have hosted people from North America, Europe and Latin America..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Oh I've been on a couch or two in my day. I'll go just about anywhere I'm invited and that usually means a couch.
