CURRENT MISSION

I want to travel and see as much of the world as i can, and also find a place that i would actually like to live for the rest of my life. There is also a slight chance that I am a pirate just hoping to find a ship to commandeer and sail around the world.

ABOUT ME

I'm a huge fan of the finer points of tea drinking and the magic of the cheeses of the world. I enjoy music of almost any kind. I definitely want to taste various foods from around the world, especially since I hope to be an accomplished chef one day. I'm a very big surfing fan although I am very very much a beginner, seeing as my access to surf is very limited. I love the ocean and bodies of water of any kind. I consider myself a "mutt" because I do not know exactly how many nationalities make up my background although i do know that I am about 1/4 Irish and am very proud of that heritage.

PHILOSOPHY

I generally believe that it is best to live our lives the best we can. Trying our hardest to expand our horizons and experience people and cultures different from those we encounter in our normal day-to-day lives.
I also just generally try my best to make others happy, but, you know, that's the hospitality major in me. =]

I've hosted my friend Jon, and hope to host more once I return to the states not that my living situation is not as rocky as it was during the spring/summer.

well, I have to say that climbing a glacier on top of a volcano was pretty epic
Walking my mom down the aisle was also pretty cool

I enjoy cooking, and fancy myself pretty good at it
I can play clarinet, bass clarinet and tenor sax
I'm learning how to surf
I would always love to learn new recipes and methods of cooking
I want to learn new languages, as many as possible, I'm currently taking Italian in college and have taken Spanish, a mix of the language from Spain and Latin America
I also want to learn how to sail
I used to play soccer, and would like to play again, although I'm not very good and definitely need practice
ever since seeing kill bill I've wanted to learn how to play the native american flute, and i've been fascinated by the didgeridoo since going to australia
