ABOUT ME
I am studying at Sophia University in Tokyo, and I am enjoying my life immensly! I love travelling, listening to music, having thought provoking conversations, studying language, life and beauty. I enjoy spending time with my friends, Nomikai, debate or a good discussion, going for walks, shopping, wearing complimenting clothing and dancing. Life is to me is something that I create daily, and I have enjoyed it with relish! I believe that life is what you make of it, and so I am doing my best to make the most of it!
PHILOSOPHY
"To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift" Prefontaine
"To see a world in a grain of sand, and heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour" William Blake
"Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend - or a meaningful day."
Dalai Lama
"And now here is my secret, a very simple secret; it is only with the heart that one sees rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye."
--Antoine de Saint-Exupery
"What we think, we become."
--Buddha
"Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you truly love" - Rumi
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would be happy to let someone stay with me in Tokyo (when I'm here), and if I can't do that I would be happy to give advice on Japan/Japanese culture/travel spots and many other things. I have lived here for 4 years, lived with 5 Japanese families on home stay, studied Japanese tea ceremony among many other things (I'm also fluent in Japanese), and so I like to think that I could be of some help to people...:)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have heard good things and looking to experience them myself!

Algo increíble que he hecho
Won the Idaho '04 State Boys Doubles Tennis Championship, awoken to a hazy pink sunrise on Mt. Fuji, meditated in an exquisite Japanese Zen Rock Garden, skydived for my 18th Birthday, become fluent in Japanese and Japan, performed Japanese Tea Ceremony, looked out above a golden sea of clouds, stood 3 ft from a Moose and looked it in the eye and had a a real connection, swam in rapids, eaten rare delicacies, had my poetry published, appreciated my parents, family and friends.
