Morceaux de musique, films et livres

So, a little glimpse; Barry Lindon , 7 samurais , The Godfather are some of my favorite movies, I "dig" realistic historical movies.
Now I tend to listen to less music than I used to but I'm globally fond of Iggy Pop, The Pixies, The doors, The Animals and The Beastie Boys.
At last bookwise I enjoy Georges Simenon,
Amin Maalouf, Mario Puzo etc...
The first is a belgian polar author of the middle of
20th century, ex-journalist and adept of the active description.
The second is libanese, he writes in general historical books about the middle east, he is plenty of knowledge,
perhaps we can associate him with Salman Rushdie
but less fantastic.
The last but not the least is italian he wrote The Godfather, and a really good book about the Borgia's family and the papacy.
