Hi there! I'm Lucrezia (Lu for friends), I'm 23 and I come from Italy (Bergamo, a city near Milan) but I'm currently living in London. I came to this great city by the end of March to be an Aupair girl for 6 months. By now my Aupair life is almost done, but I still want to stay here. For this reason, I'm working in a pub to save some money for the rent, but I'd really like to find a job in the field I studied: Economics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of the things I love the most in life is travelling & everything that it concerns with. So far I've visited almost half of the capital cities in Europe, but it's still a long way.
I'm amused by the peculiar cultural background of every country, and I think meeting local people is the best thing to do in order to get to know it. When I discovered about Couchsurfing, I just wanted to sing up and book for my next trip!

-Movies: the one and only Q. Tarantino (Pulp Fiction addicted), but also S. Kubrick (my fav: Shining), the Coen brothers (see: No country for old men), Inception, 500 days of summer, Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain, La dolce vita, The Departed & many others.

-Music: mostly indie rock music, but also old school rock, Italian rap, a bit of hip-hop.

-Books: Fernando Pessoa is like my spiritual guru, definitely obsessed with him. Chuck Palahniuk, Haruki Murakami, Oscar Wilde, Italo Calvino are just some of my fav writers.
