Grew up in Darwin, currently residing in Melbourne (at least in the warmer months) I tend to get away for at least three months of the year. With interest in furthering my capacity in the social work and mental health sphere I have found that in regard to self care travel and adventure feeds me like no other. I love exploring new environments and cultures, being in nature and around animals, DANCING and moving my body, beaching, playing team sports, live music, theatre, slam poetry, life drawing, getting creative in the kitchen, long baths, books, and impromtu happenings and hangs.
