Overview
About Me
I'm a fun, social, down to earth and out-going person who loves meeting new people, and having new experiences. Travelling is a life-long passion of mine, and to make sure I can get the most out of it, I've chosen to quit my office sales job for a few months.
My interests cover culture, history, food, the odd drink, and the environment. Nothing beats exploring a new place, usually on foot, especially with the help of locals!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’ve taken 3 months out to travel round Southeast Asia, and decided to spend some of that time Aus which is a life-long dream. I feel the best way to see a place is with the locals, so staying with a local who can give me any recommendations would be ideal.

Music, Movies, and Books
My music taste is various from mainstream to 80s rock hits, to American country to dance.
I’m a sucker for a thriller such as Primal Fear and Fracture, but will also spend hours watching Friends!
The Millenium Trilogy, Born a Crime by Trevor Noah, Fatherland by Robert Harris.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hosted a charity fundraiser and raised over £3,000 (profit) for a school in rural Uganda - they used it to build new classrooms.
Teach, Learn, Share
Cooking, seeing way people live elsewhere in the world, how people elsewhere interact with nature, and of course a few card games.
