About Me
Hey!
I’m a 21 year old English woman travelling wherever the wind takes me. Only surfing right now, not hosting. So far I have sadly not had the chance to host, as I created my account during my 6 months travelling in Asia. Hopefully when I get back I can start hosting :)
A few things about me:
I love beer, books, TV, drag shows, animals (especially cats), cooking, rain, sleeping, lots of music, all that good stuff.
I’m vegetarian, but I don’t mind so much being around people who aren’t. I love to cook, and especially trying to cook the food from the place I’m staying in! 🍽
In general I’m pretty relaxed and friendly. Sometimes I get overwhelmed while I’m travelling but it helps to stay in one place for a while.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me, travelling is about the people, not just the cool photos (but a little bit about the cool photos). So, I want to live with the locals and share some good times!
I hope one day I can host and give back to the people that have helped me out ☺️

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: mostly indie and some rap and pop, 70s 80s and 90s, but in my teens I listed to a lot of rock and punk.
Movies: Marvel, comedies, anything with a cool soundtrack. My favourite movie is Fifth Element.
Books: I mostly read fiction, striving to read everything on BBC’s “100 books to read before you die”
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During a hurricane in northern Thailand, my hut collapsed on top of me, and I had to tear open my mosquito net with my teeth to escape. I guess I have those animal instincts.
I shaved my head and donated my hair when I was 16.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have type 1 diabetes so I could tell you about the kind of things I have to avoid, or how you can modify meals into diabetic-safe versions. I do have a sweet tooth though which is probably going to give me some issues in the future 😅
I also want to learn your favourite recipes!
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you are learning English I can talk with you!
I can also help with cooking, especially pasta dishes and stir fries.
